Founded in 2020 by Priya Winsor, a certified Chocolatier, and diplomaed Pastry Chef. Priya serves as a judge for Provincial Skills. She is a member of the Provincial Apprenticeship Committee and Provincial Technical Committee, with the goal of maintaining high standards in the trades for generations to come.
