Minimum fees: $144 for studio programs; $70 for all other programs.

Cancellation fee: $60 per workshop for cancellations with less than 3 weeks’ notice, unless the
space can be booked by another group.

Classes that do not show up for their field trip will be charged the full amount.

One invoice delineating each teacher’s costs will be sent to your school after the workshop.

• Turn cell phones to silent during programs. If you must take a call please leave the room so as not to disrupt the program.

• Students are attending programs to learn something new. Please assist them by showing or explaining. Please do not make the project for them.

• Volunteers help students have a great field trip. As such, we expect that the interests of the student’s come before your own.

• If you choose to make an art project or actively participate as a student would then the school will be invoiced for an additional person completing the program.

• Volunteers assist instructors and teachers with large groups of children so please try not to focus solely on your own child.

• Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for art or heritage sites.

• If you are driving and meeting the class at the field trip location, please make sure you have proper location, direction(s) and address(es) from the teacher.

• Addresses are located on the maps provided to teachers
