Tethers drifts and grounds, swaying in the shifting winds of hope and uncertainty. 

For both Yvonne DuBourdieu and Margaret Witschl, painting is their haven - the safe harbour from which to examine and process their fears. Tethers visualizes their beautiful capacity to adapt to changing circumstances, while gently recognizing its limits.

With beauty and honesty, Tethers hopes to nurture the soul.
