St Albert History Gallery

Opened April 1, 2017 at the Musée Héritage Museum

The St. Albert History Gallery is a space for diverse stories that touch on our long and complex past and our current place in the world. Each year, we change aspects of the gallery to bring in new narratives and new objects from our collections, and to highlight stories from the community. It is a space where we can answer questions about important issues like residential schools and immigration, as well as the history of the Mission and City of St. Albert. In our rapidly changing world, it is important to remember that our past can teach us lessons which help us to enjoy and appreciate our community, understand current events and face future challenges.
